How long will it take for my order to ship/arrive?
The majority of our items are printed individually with love on demand, in such cases, orders are printed, packaged and shipped within 5-10 days of purchase. However, if the item is currently in stock, orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. If for some reason unforeseen delays occur, we will contact you.
Depending on your location, standard USPS shipping usually takes up to 2-5 business days after your order has been processed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International delivery times vary by country. Please allow 1-3 weeks for the package to arrive. Orders shipped outside of the US are subject to regular duties and fees, which the customer is responsible for.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payments through PayPal.
Is your website secure?
Yes. Our payments are processed using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and encryption keys that meet the highest level of commercially available standards.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to love what you purchased. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org, to notify us of your intent to return or exchange. After communicating with us, your item must be in its’ original packaging and in unused, unworn condition. Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included.

What is your refund policy?
Within 48 hours of receiving your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and provide a status of your refund.
Once your return is processed, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
The timing of the credit being put back on your account depends on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
For cases when a claim is deemed an error on our part, shipping will be covered at our expense.
